On compliance with international obligations and the appointment of the winner of the competition for the post of Head of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine

In this regard, the Ukrainian Business Council calls on the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

• to ensure maximum transparency of the final decision on the results of the competition on the head of the Beb, in particular - to publish documents, which became the basis for rejecting the candidate of the winner;
• Confirm dedication to Ukraine's international obligations and openness principles, virtue and impartiality and preventing their violation during competitions;
• comply with Law No. 3840-IX and ensure the appointment, selected by the commission in a transparent way, no later than the end of July 2025 year.
