Frequency control of food raw materials and food products for safety performance

MR 4.4.4-108-2004

1. Introduction

Guidelines developed for the implementation of production control in food processing plants Ukraine and the content of heavy metals and arsenic, radionuclides, nitrates, N-nitrosamines, mycotoxins, histamine, antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, microorganisms, Some food additives in food raw material, food, in t. no. dietary supplements (BAD), produced in Ukraine.

The document recommended frequency of monitoring for chemical and biological contaminants in food raw nature, foods and methods of determination, as responsible for the quality of the finished product and its safety is the company, producing these products.
