"Belorussia, exploiting the Ukrainian market MFN, which provided her Ukrainian side, and having a positive trade balance of Ukraine in the amount of nearly half a billion dollars, she resorted to illegal methods of administrative block access of Ukrainian goods to the Belarusian market ", said Baldynyuk.

During April-May 2013 , the entire volume of Ukrainian products with codes 1704 TN ZED MS (Sugar confectionery) and 1806 TN ZED MS (chocolate confectionery), when customs clearance on the Belarusian customs, was subject to orientation for a full inspection with subsequent unloading to a temporary storage warehouse and passing a customs examination lasting up to 30 working days. As a result of such actions of the Belarusian side, was completely stopped exports of confectionery from Ukraine to Belarus on the eve of Easter, when there are peak sales.

The effect of the above-mentioned measures can be renewed until 31.12.2016 y. in the event of facts of discriminatory and/or unfriendly actions of the Republic of Belarus regarding the legal rights and interests of subjects of foreign economic activity of Ukraine - Ukrainian producers-exporters.
