Dear colleagues.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Standardization" and in accordance with fundamental standards of standardization - TC 152 "Confectionery and Food concentrate" publishes the first editions of three national standards and two changes to national standards:

  • DSTU “Pastel products. General technical conditions”;
  • DSTU 3781 “Cookies. General technical conditions;
  • DSTU 4188 “Halva. General technical conditions;
  • Change number 1 to DSTU 5005:2014 “Fats Vegetable. Explonts, Improvers, Replacers and surrogates of cocoa butter. General Specifications;
  • Change number 1 to DSTU 4333:2018 “Marmalade. General specifications”.
