Ukrkondprom welcomes decisive steps of the State Food and Consumer Service to stop selling sanctioned Russian goods

 President He reminded the association, that the confectionery industry has become one of the targets of Russia aggression in Ukraine, as a result, the industry lost almost half of its volume exports and a third of production.

 "Realization Russian sweets in Ukraine is not only a violation of Ukrainian legislation and non-payment of taxes to the Ukrainian budget, but also funding of Russian aggression in Ukraine " – stated O. Baldynyuk.

The President of Ukrkondprom noted the importance the decision to stop the sale of prohibited confectionery Russian-made and urged to continue the fight against sanctions goods.

"It simply came to our notice then, probably, not only about the confectioner, but also on the import of other sanctioned goods, which are then sold in Ukraine.

As reported, State Food and Consumer Service in Kharkiv applied penalties to the network sweets shops for the sale of Russian candies

According to Resolutions CMU from 30.12.2015 № 1147 "On the ban on the import of goods into the customs territory of Ukraine, originating from Russian Federation", according to the List of goods, prohibited for importation on customs territory of Ukraine, import and sale of these products forbidden.
