GENERAL ASSEMBLIES OF THE ASSOCIATION PARTICIPANTS - the supreme body;

 

EXECUTIVE BODY - body, that carries out ongoing activities;

 

SUPERVISORY BOARD - control body, and the members of the Supervisory Board are not officials of the Association.

 

 

The higst governing body of the Association is the General Meeting of the Participants.

In the General Meeting of Participants the heads of the Association Members or the authorized representatives of the Association's members are entitled to take part. General meeting is considered, eligible, provided that a simple majority of Participants (or their authorized representatives).

The organization of the convening of the General Meeting of the Participants is carried out by the Executive Body or, in the absence of appropriate action by the Executive Body, by the Supervisory Board.

 

The Supervisory Board is the body of the Association, which was created in order to simplify and facilitate the work of the Association, to more quick adopt the issues on the determined goals and directions of the Association, control the activities of the Association. The Supervisory Board is elected by the General Meeting of the Association members in the number from three to seven members. The number of members of the Supervisory Board is determined by the General Meeting of the Association Members. The Supervisory Board of the Association of Participants shall represent their Executive Body in terms of structure and subordination as it is with such Participant or representative of the Participant on behalf. If such Executive Body of a Participant - member of the Supervisory Board is collegial, then votes are not divided.

A member of the Supervisory Board can not be the President at the same time.

 

The Association created sole Executive authority inthe person of the President, elected by the General Meeting of the Association Members for a term of 5 years. The Association may be elected Deputy or Vice Presidents.

The President may be removed from the performence of his duties by the decision of the Supervisory Board with the appointment of his temporary duties until his reelection to the General Meeting of the Participants.

In case of absence of the President (business trip, vacation, illness, dismissal, etc.) fulfillment of his duties rests with the person, appointed by the President of the Association. If, the Vice President of the Association, is elected in the Association, then he shall act as President in the absence of the President.
