According to the Regulations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, approved by the President of Ukraine 13.04.2011 № 467/2011, and the letter of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.06.2010 № 14414-24
ORDER:
1. Include in Methodical recommendations “Frequency control of food raw materials and food products for safety performance”, approved by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine 02.07.2004 y. № 329 , the change:
chapter 5 “Frequency control of food raw materials and food products for safety performance” exclude.
2. Head of Public Health Grigorenko A.A.dovesty this order to institutions and establishments of state sanitary and epidemiological service, ministries, other central executive bodies in accordance with legislation.
3. Control over the execution of the order given by the Deputy Minister of Moiseenko P. ABOUT.
