Association “Ukrkondprom” expresses support to the Deputy Minister of Economy, of the Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine to Taras Vysotskyi in connection with the transfer of the NABU and SAP of the relevant proceedings to the court.
We emphasize, that one of the fundamental principles of the rule of law is the presumption of innocence. In this context, we consider it fundamentally important to comply with legal procedures and refrain from premature assessments and public conclusions until the relevant court decision is passed. Only an objective and impartial consideration of the case in court can ensure proper establishment of the facts.
At the same time, we note the significant professional contribution of Taras Vysotskyi in supporting the stable functioning of the agri-food sector of Ukraine in conditions of unprecedented challenges. It is said, including, about the period of full-scale war, significant limitations of logistics chains, adaptation of export routes, as well as the need for prompt response to crisis phenomena in the economy. The adopted management decisions contributed to the preservation of the production potential, supporting exports and ensuring food security.
Convinced, that in the current conditions are of particular importance in public communication, institutional responsibility and constructive interaction between the state, business and industry associations. Consolidation of efforts is a necessary prerequisite for preserving the stability of the economy, development of the agri-food sector and effective representation of the interests of Ukrainian producers both domestically, as well as in international markets.
