2-4 October "ACCO International" Exhibition Center in Kiev hosted XIX specialized exhibition of confectionery and baking industry.
manufacturers, distributors and importers were ready confectionery, food ingredients, new formulations and technologies, as well as equipment and tools for production of confectionery and bakery products.
Despite the small scale of the exhibition this year, quality of the product and the organization remained at a high level. So, company «Lad Group» from Slovakia, for the first time took part in the exhibition «Sweets & Bakery Ukraine», brought in spices Ukraine, various kinds of cocoa, dried fruits, nuts and other ingredients for bakers and confectioners. Some products were very original taste – eg, nuts with wasabi.
It should be noted, that the main trend of the exhibition was the use of natural ingredients and recipes for healthy eating. products "Simferopol confectionery factory", producer drinking jelly on the basis of natural juice, It has no analogues in Ukraine. Besides, here demonstrated and traditional products – waffles with fatty fillings, coated and uncoated candies, and other sweets.
TM "Sweet Life" It introduced a large selection of dietary cookies – without the use of margarine with natural fillings: orange, dried apricots, poppy, cottage cheese and fruit jam. TM "Betsy" is exhibiting its products – biscuit, muffins, Puff cakes. Production Company "Kontur" – manufacturer of bakery and confectionery products under TM "Ukrainian buns" well known to residents of Eastern Ukraine. At the exhibition in Kiev, "Kontur" brought their new products – cheese and cottage cheese biscuits.
Central stand confectionery factory "Confectioner T Prestige" I feast for the eyes of visitors a variety of confectionery products. This year, the company's specialists have developed and released to the market a number of unique innovations, among which: "Ears" with fruit filling, tartlets "Sun" with berries currants, biscuits filled, cereal "Tyler" cookies and much more. Besides, this year the company's products "Confectioner T Prestige" sold in their original packaging on the shelves of supermarkets.
Virtually every participant prepared for the exhibition updated product range. So, OOO «inverter» – producer of sugar cookies for TM "Dicanskogo" introduced a line of "Golden Iris" shortcake. brand products are well-known in Ukraine, and shipped to other countries: Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Georgia, Moldova and Belarus.
A variety of new products able to boast "Dnepropetrovsk food concentrates Factory" – manufacturer of products under TM "Golden Grain". This sweet pads «Long», corn chips «Corn Chips», which are not fried in oil; apple-ginger-based drink of juice and much more.
Besides finished products at the exhibition «Sweets & Bakery Ukraine» demonstrated technological equipment and tools for the confectionery and bakery production. Company 'Impyeksmash' showcased their new products – specialized dispensers, Frosting lines and compact plant for production of donuts "Berliner".
At the booth "R.P.S. LTD " demonstrated jigs, mixers with built-in water dispenser, mixers, «Rotor stream 60 Rack Oven×80», packing machine "flow-pack", as well as a new generation of shrink machine series FC, RP.
«Danza Forney Ukraine» – a leading provider of equipment for the baking and confectionery industry introduces visitors to the Italian equipment: rotary kiln, modular, hearth, bakery, pizza, as well as spiral mixers, and other equipment necessary for the expert.

This year the exhibition program included scientific-practical conference "Achievements and prospects of development of the confectionery industry", which dealt with the most pressing issues. NUFT graduate students presented interesting poster presentations on the use of a new generation of sweeteners, technology development of wafer sheets of gluten-free flour, the use of oat malt with naked oats in the technology of a butter biscuit, etc.. work, carried out under the supervision of experienced scientists, Antonella Dorohovich professors and Faith Obolkina, We won the competition "Sweet triumph" in the nomination "Triumph of innovation".
