20.02.2012 року народний депутат В.Г. Пєрєдєрій направив лист Голові Комітету Верховної Ради України з питань охорони здоров’я Т.Бахтеєвій, which proposed the first part of Article 38 Law "On the safety and quality of food" add a new item 11 this content:
