Gluten - a vegetable protein, included in class products from wheat, barley, rye and oats.

Celiac disease (glюtenova enteropatія) – є хронічним захворюванням, resulting complete food aversion gluten (gluten), which requires a constant diet of complete exclusion from the diet products, containing gluten.

07.02. 2011 року ВРУ прийняла в першому читанні законопроект № 8493 зареєстрований 12.05.2011. This bill provides, Part one of the article 38 Law of Ukraine "On the safety and quality of food" add a new item 11 this content:
