Після врегулювання питання поставок української продукції до Білорусії згадане рішення Комісії було призупинено рішенням № АД-319/2014/4421-06 від 05.08.2014 y.
Дію вищезазначених заходів може бути поновлено до 31.12.2016 y. у разі наявності фактів дискримінаційних та/або недружніх дій Республіки Білорусь щодо законних прав та інтересів суб’єктів зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України – українських виробників-експортерів.
