The struggle for the safety and quality of food is everywhere. Including and key trading partners of Ukraine - CIS and European countries - cast prerequisite work and organization of the HACCP system and follow the movement of finished goods.
Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine today has systematic work on quality assurance and food safety. In particular, The Ministry intends to use existing research institutions in Ukraine, including, DNU "UkrNDIspyrtbioprod", which has become the main organization for implementation and certification of quality management systems, environmental management systems, safety management systems and health, of food safety management in agriculture and food.
A study is also the possibility of cooperation with leading global companies, with years of experience providing technical services and product certification and management systems.
It is important to recall, that the implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other systems ensure the competitiveness of the manufacturer of food and helps entrepreneurs make their business more successful. This increases the efficiency of food production and save costs. HACCP also called the entry ticket to international markets, work which is prestigious and profitable. In addition, Implementation of HACCP promotes investment and growth of the enterprises. Already, many Ukrainian enterprises, meeting the requirements of the HACCP system, present on the markets of the EU and CIS.
